Flipkart jewelry photo requirements

Flipkart sets its product image rules in its seller help pages. The main image should be on a white background. Every rule below links to Flipkart’s own page, checked October 5, 2026.

Quality check	Listings go through QC. The Seller Hub panel is titled "Follow Image GuideLines to reduce the Quality Check failures" and lists failure comments for each image. AI-edited and rendered images on Flipkart

Flipkart publishes no explicit rule on AI-generated or rendered images. Its Seller Hub asks for authentic product photos, and its Terms of Use forbid images that are false, inaccurate or misleading, so an AI image that misstates metal colour, stones or size breaks the terms even though AI is never named.

Whatever a marketplace allows, buyers return jewelry that does not match its photos. Start from a real photo of the actual piece, keep the metal, stones and size accurate, and use editing for the background, lighting and presentation.

Frequently asked questions
