AI-edited and rendered images on Amazon
Amazon does not ban AI-generated or AI-edited product images; its rules are about the result. The main image must be a realistic, professional-quality image that accurately shows the product, and synthetic images that represent the product realistically are treated like photos. If an image shows photorealistic people generated entirely by AI, the seller must tag the file as containing a synthetic performer.
Whatever a marketplace allows, buyers return jewelry that does not match its photos. Start from a real photo of the actual piece, keep the metal, stones and size accurate, and use editing for the background, lighting and presentation.
