CAD Rendering

CAD rendering is the process of converting a three-dimensional computer-aided design file into a photorealistic still image or animation, letting a product be seen and evaluated before it is ever manufactured.

In jewelry and product design, a CAD file describes an object's exact geometry. Rendering is the step that simulates how light, materials, and a camera would interact with that geometry to produce a believable picture — effectively photographing an object that does not physically exist.
